Astyfer is a multivitamin–mineral supplement formulated with iron (ferrous fumarate), essential amino acids, B-complex vitamins, folic acid, and vitamin C. It helps improve red blood cell production, supports haemoglobin formation, and enhances iron absorption, making it useful for preventing or treating iron-deficiency anaemia. It is commonly recommended during periods of increased nutritional need, such as pregnancy, recovery from illness, or growth in children and adolescents.
