Artemether-Lumefantrine is a fixed-dose combination antimalarial medication used to treat uncomplicated malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum. It contains two active ingredients:

Artemether – a fast-acting artemisinin derivative that quickly reduces the number of malaria parasites.

Lumefantrine – a longer-acting partner drug that clears remaining parasites and prevents recurrence.
