A fixed‑dose triple antihypertensive medication combining:
Telmisartan, Amlodipine, Chlorthalidone.

Telmisartan blocks the effects of angiotensin II, a hormone that causes blood vessel constriction, thus relaxing vessels.

Amlodipine dilates (widens) arteries by blocking calcium entry into vascular smooth muscle.

Chlorthalidone increases urine output (removes excess fluid and salts) and over time reduces blood volume.
